Awe! i was cheering for clemenson, even though i have never been to South Carolina, I have some friends from charleston and I would LOVE to live there!
I understand how hard it is to keep up with sports when you are out of the country! While in chile last year I couldnt ever watch the NBA during regular season, but once it got down to playoffs they would play a few games. I am so obsessed with the lakers sometimes I would skype my brother during the first rounds and have him leave the computer facing the tv so I could watch! Luckily once the finals started our group would find "sports bars" and all watch! so it wasnt too bad!!
hope you are having a wonderful week!!
Yea Charleston is a great city!I have a couple friends there and I love visiting when I am home.
Yeaaa it can be hard to keep up with everything in sports. They show a good bit of games here from home, but the time difference is what REALLY makes it hard. And I can watch most things online through ESPN, but like I said, the time difference is soooo big. I’d get up at 7:30 AM to watch a football game, but I don’t think I’d do the same for basketball haha. I do enjoy basketball a lot though! I am not too into pro sports, but they definitely show all those games here. A lot of people are into them.
When I was around 11 or so I had this obsession with fruit flavored water. I don’t know why, but it’s all I wanted. One night I was out to dinner with my parents at a pretty popular restaurant in Atlanta across the street from my neighborhood. You can’t do it anymore, but it used to be a self service type deal for drinks. There were huge fridges lined with all sorts of stuff and my parents sent me in to pick out a drink for myself. Of course I wanted flavored water so I found something I thought was it. I was standing in line to pay and I remember this woman in a booth kept giving me looks. Then I got up to the cash register and the cashier was being weird too but I bought it and went out to the waiting area where my parents were. They immediately took my drink and were like “uhhh did you pay for this?” Apparently they sold an 11 year old a wine cooler.
Hope you got Google Analytics all figured out! It is SO cool looking at all of the different stuff, and fun to see what days more people click on my blog! Yesterday I had the most I've ever had- it was pretty exciting :)
P.S. When I saw Australia on my map, I immediately thought of you! Are you still there now? I have a sorority sister studying over there now and it looks beautiful!
Yea I am pumped for it to start getting all the data collection! Ahhh that is so exciting! I would have been super excited seeing that as well. You have such a great blog, so there’s no surprise there!
Yes! When I saw your map and saw the two Australia dots I immediately thought “that’s meeeee!!”. And yes I am still here, will be here awhile :). I’ve been here on and off since September 2009 actually. Now I am in school here and I am about to finish my first semester of grad school then 5 more to go! Do you know what city she is in?! And yes, it is soooo beautiful. I am in the north, which is opposite of home in the sense that it is super hot here! I love it, but I am ready for break. A friend from home is coming to visit and we’re going to travel!
